I took the rear out of my 66 tonight and found CA 02 08 W . I think that is 308 feb 8th Warren plant. What carrier would it be a 2 or a 3? Thanks in advance for any answers.

If you count the teeth on the ring and pinion, then do the math (R/P) you will know your ratio.
if it's a 12 bolt:
#2 - 2.73:1 and down numerically
#3 - 3.08:1 to 3.73:1
#4 - 4.10:1 and up numerically
