Rick that is very cool. You and I probably worked some of the same races. I was a TV camera man for Diamond P Sports then TNN sports in the early 90's and I too worked those races, including drag racing and some nascar stuff. I almost got hit one night at WG when an outlaw sprinter left the track in turn 1 and was headed straight for the 30 foot scafolding I was on running camera. Tha car stopped 5 feet from the structure. Yes I needed to change my pants ;D

So you were the poor sole that we were talking about crapping in their pants up on the scaffolding. I remember that night just can't remember the driver. I shot for area auto racing news from late 90 till just after we got married in 95.
