Worked on my motor a little today. I set up the dial indicator and did a few turns to check the run-out of my bell housing. The max reading on the dial was .009 which translates to a run-out of .0045 within spec! ;D I started unboxing all my clutch parts and realized I have a clutch kit for a small block! Oh well I hope I can return it. Heres a couple of pics to give you illiterate guys something to look at. ;D

Cast iron heads oval port Rick. There is alot of work done to each head set. Mark supplied a dyno sheet with the motor. Its a little hard to read to take a pics of it to post. This guy is a real detail fanatic.

You can check out this guy on ebay Rick if you like. He goes by the name of vortecpro. I was thinking about a GM502 for my car. At 8k for this motor and all the bad press I've herd about it I didn't want to go that way. Marks motor does 650hp (150 above the 502) for $1500 less it just makes better sense to me. Even if the motor is a poor performer it will still be better then the Gm 502. Thats my line of thinking. Anyway you need to talk to Mark to get the feeling for what type of guy he is. He loves what he does.
