Rebuilt holley, after assembly and install there were not a lot of adjustments that were the same idle screws had to be way out 6turns to get a good idle . When i drove the car there was a slight miss and a lot of cracking thru exhaust. Went home and took it apart and this is what is the problem. There were more holes in carb body than in the gaskets to the metering block punched 2 in front gasket where dimmples were in gasket, but the back secondaries had more holes so we punched 5 extra holes at dimples. Car runs great 1 and one half turns max idles great and runs fine. I called holley to see what gaskets I needed. The carb is a 4779-5 double pumper. The gaskets I bought were108-89. Is this an older carb or could of mods been done before I had it or are ther different gaskets availible.

The gaskets you listed should be the right ones, not sure what is going on with them.
