Chad,
I don't think that will help. We did find out that the trans shop forgot to put the template for cutting the floor in the box. Over all I would say Dan's car is in fantastic shape so far. I'm sure he will add the details from today very soon.
Were did you get your bellhousing from And are you running a race slip clutch as we need some info for Dan's ride?

Dan an I may checkout my car and see how Butch cut out the floor pan on it. This may help some.
I'm running a Lakewood bellhousing with a (External) hydr slave cylinder. The clutch i'm running is a Ram

How are you guys maing out with the tranny ? Maybe I can blow the dust off the 454 in my dually and take a ride up to the shop over the weekend ? It would be nice to actually meet you guys face to face ! ( that means you to Webster ! ....LOL )

Cool Dan , thanks ! I would love to stop up and meet you guys and check out the progress and the car !
I was talking with Dave , Joe ( aka Webster ) , and Tom last night on TC . As long as the weather holds up I would like to come up Friday since you guys will be there for sure ! If i understood correctly , those guys may head up there too on Friday ? But I could be wrong about that ?
Anyway , if we get bad weather I most likely will have to go out and salt / plow . But if not , I'll hang tight to see what you guys are doing !

I'll go to the gym in the am when the kids get on the bus then drive on out. Did you look at your drive shaft? I did Sean, I gotta tell you, my eyes are so bad I can't see the d**n little things. eerrg. You still coming? I know the weather is a little whacky, I just shoveled the sidewalk, it doesn't look that bad really. Either way let me know, I could use a diversion. |
